Akbank Data and Life Center

The Akbank Data home Life Center project, which was built in Şekerpınar-Gebze as an investment of Akbank, is being implemented with a total use area of 57,500 m2, including 52,500 m2 indoor and 5,000 m2 outdoor, and in accordance with LEED criteria. It is being built by the Netherlands-based Deer International group as a B+ DC class candidate according to LEED criteria with both its architectural design understanding and the materials used. The project, which has an investment budget of USD 250 million and is the largest investment made by Akbank with its structure size, will serve with a capacity of 3,000 employees. The implementation of architectural aluminum systems in the project, which will be implemented with Kleidco FS50 facade and ICüN70 door-window systems, is carried out by Metalium Yapı, one of our authorized dealers.
