Recycling Center

Our recycling center & cast house, encompassing a closed area of 22,000 square meters, is equipped with cutting-edge facilities. It begins with our environmentally conscious recycling center featuring a delacquering furnace. Using Tomra brand x-ray separators and Eddy-Current separator technology, we can classify aluminum chips, separating metal from non-metal parts, before sending them to the melting furnace. In this facility, we use a tiltable melting furnace with magnetic stirring features and high energy efficiency.

The Smart Slide Plus sliding system operates on a pull-slide principle, offering the highest air and water tightness values. The Smart Slide Plus ensures easy cleaning and comfort with its internally functioning moving sash. The 68 mm visible slim-line profile feature offers a perfect flexible appearance and wide sight lines. This system can support sash weights of up to 400 kilograms and is suitable for large openings, delivering professional solutions without compromising on water and wind tightness.


To address one of the major issues of our time, the carbon footprint, the Smart Slide Plus incorporates polyamide thermal barriers, preventing energy loss in buildings and achieving 100% compliance with passive house standards.
