Recycling Center

Our recycling center & cast house, encompassing a closed area of 22,000 square meters, is equipped with cutting-edge facilities. It begins with our environmentally conscious recycling center featuring a delacquering furnace. Using Tomra brand x-ray separators and Eddy-Current separator technology, we can classify aluminum chips, separating metal from non-metal parts, before sending them to the melting furnace. In this facility, we use a tiltable melting furnace with magnetic stirring features and high energy efficiency.

Description
COTTA is a new light-weight product, only 7 kg/m2, made of 100% aluminium extrusions, developed by KLEIDCO’s R&D department for curtain walling/facade applications.

It is a-ceramic-tile-or-brick-or-wood-grain look-curtain-wall made of aluminium extrusions. It gives the facade an aesthetic appearance with its vertical and horizontal joints like a brick. COTTA is easier and more economical to install compared to ceramic tile cladding, No limited dimensions, therefore versatile to adapt to the designers’ requirements.

Availability for different colours and unmatchable durability for years.
